This service monitors server, storage and network infrastructures constantly, providing reports to help to optimise the availability of your infrastructure. Calls will be assigned immediately to the right specialists, who are available 24/7 to help. If necessary, the Expertise Centre will arrange for a local technician to quickly intervene at site.

Detailed reports on operations completed will be issued every quarter, including Event Management, Incident Management, Intervention Management, Problem Management, Crisis Situation Management, Customer Satisfaction and SLA Management Review, Maintenance Quality and Service Level Management.
