THE CLIENT: A leading multinational within the energy, healthcare and industrial services sectors, with 360,000 employees in 190 countries.
THE CHALLENGE: The client was trying to complete a multimillion Euro upgrade across 330 sites in 94 countries, but progress had stalled due to the aggressive timescales, unforeseen import and export issues and the overwhelming complexity of the global roll-out.
THE SOLUTION: We took full control and ownership of the project, designing bespoke logistics processes for every stage of the global roll-out.
This included a comprehensive record solution that ensured any imported goods complied with local laws, regulations and documentation requirements, such as import duties and taxes.
We simplified the client’s network implementation, ensuring its ability to meet contractual obligations and, ultimately, enabling them to realise the expected savings of their integration programme.
The client noted the “highly professional and timely manner” in which we worked, labelling us as “vastly superior” to the other prospective candidates they had considered.
