As one of just three Crossbeam Accredited Service Support partners in the UK, nscglobal is further differentiated as an experienced, expert partner delivering best of breed solutions to its world class clients.

A CASP support partner has demonstrated its ability to:

  • Deliver first response Level 1 and Level 2 support
  • Maintain certified Crossbeam support engineers on-staff
  • Purchase X-Series equipment for customer problem reproduction
  • Report monthly operational metrics
  • Demonstrate full-time technical support capability
